Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Crafto Arte. Please review our policies regarding returns and exchanges below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 1 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must fall into one of the following categories:

Damaged Items: Products received in a broken or unusable state.
Incorrect Deliveries: Receiving an item different from what was ordered.

Note: Photographic or video evidence is mandatory for verification before a return can be processed.

2. Customized & Personalized Products

Due to the unique nature of bespoke items, customized hampers and personalized products are non-returnable. We kindly ask customers to double-check all customization details before finalizing an order. However, if an error occurs on our end, we will provide an immediate and suitable resolution.

3. Return Logistics & Replacements

Shipping: For incorrect or defective items, customers are asked to ship the product back to us using a courier of their choice. We will fully reimburse the shipping costs upon receipt of the item.

Replacements: For items damaged during transit, we offer a replacement or store credit once photographic evidence is approved.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within the following timeframes:

  • Domestic Orders: 5–7 business days.
  • International Orders: 10–14 business days.
